Battle Fight Gear Returns & Exchanges

You have up to 30 days to initiate your return from the moment your BFGear order is delivered.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  Customers can only exchange merchandise for the same or higher value of the original purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please contact us via support@battlefightgear.com stating the order number and reason of returning or exchanging. We will contact you with a return/exchange form immediately once we have received and processed your request. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return

 

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may occur. Sometimes depending on the country and the amount of your order you will have a customs charge upon delivery.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
